Guest pins, favorites, progress and map notes are stored in this browser. They are not backed up to an account. Clearing site storage or using another browser will not bring guest data with you.

Optional account and sync

Signed-in state is synced through Supabase and cached locally for quick updates and queued retries. “Synced” means the latest sync succeeded; pending changes remain on this device until a retry succeeds. Personal preferences, progress, map annotations and tracked collections are private account data, not public contributions. We do not sell this data.

On first sign-in, guest state fills account states you have not already changed. Existing account states, including removals, take precedence. Different email accounts are not silently merged. A deleted map item keeps a removal record for synchronization, so an older device cannot silently restore it. Drawings retain their original map-reference version; notes are stored as plain text.

Signing in

Google and Discord provide basic identity information, including your account identifier, email and profile identity when available, to Supabase Auth. Email sign-in uses a magic link. Leonibase does not request access to Google files; Discord sign-in does not join servers or post messages.

Hosting and tracking

Leonibase currently has no advertising or site-side analytics tracker. Vercel hosts the site; Supabase provides the published content release as well as optional authentication and cloud storage. These services, and Google or Discord if you choose their sign-in, may process technical request and security logs under their own policies. We do not claim infrastructure requests are never logged or promise an unverified retention period.

Signing out

Sign out on a shared computer. Normal sign-out first attempts to sync pending personal and map changes, so they are not silently discarded. An explicit discard option lets you leave immediately. Sign-out clears the local session and private account cache, but cloud state remains for your next sign-in. Unrelated guest state is kept. Supabase manages persistent sessions and refresh; no exact session lifetime is promised.

Removing your data

You can remove guest notebook data by clearing this site's browser storage; this does not remove synced account data. Signing out is not cloud deletion. An in-site account/cloud deletion control and a verified public deletion-request channel are not available yet. We will update this page when a working route is in place, rather than describe a nonexistent request process.
