What is Leonibase? Is it official?
Leonibase is an independent, unofficial GTA VI reference and personal notebook. It is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. About the project →
Does it cover GTA V?
No. The database is for GTA VI only. We do not carry older-game facts into a new record without GTA VI evidence.
Where does the information come from?
Official material comes first, followed by reviewed first-hand reporting and carefully qualified community analysis. Each factual claim has its own evidence internally. See Sources & editorial standards and the source disclosure on a record.
Why are some facts missing?
A blank field often means the information has not been established. We do not invent a price, location, specification or story detail to fill space. New evidence is reviewed before a record is updated; there is no fixed publication schedule.
What does “Community estimate” mean?
It is a broad-area placement reviewed against an unofficial community atlas, not an exact coordinate or a Rockstar map. Some records have no defensible placement and therefore no Show on Map action. Read the map sources and uncertainty notes.
Are editorial illustrations game screenshots?
No. They provide atmosphere and are labeled accordingly. They should not be used as proof of an in-game appearance. The linked source and the record's sourced facts are the evidence. Fan-site notice →
What is My Leonida? Do I need an account?
It is your private collection of pins, favorites, visits and other personal progress. You can use it as a guest on this device. Sign-in is optional for sync; it is not needed to browse the site. Open My Leonida →
Where is guest data stored? What happens when I sign in?
Guest state lives in this browser's local storage and can be lost when site data is cleared. Signed-in state syncs through Supabase and is also cached locally. First sign-in fills only account states you have not changed; it does not silently overwrite existing choices. See privacy and sync details.
How are corrections handled?
A changed source or conflicting claim triggers review of the affected facts and a new publication when warranted. Material corrections are explained with the affected content. The editorial standards explain the process. A public submission channel is not available yet; we will not present a dead form or address as a contact route.
